Stacey Shea’s passion for living fully resonates in all that she does. Her bright and enthusiastic teaching style inspires all backgrounds and abilities. Healing holistically and non-surgically from a severe spinal injury, Stacey’s light-hearted, gentle strength encourages living with a positive mind, in a pain-free body. She brings together years of study and practice, inclusive of Bikram’s Beginning Yoga, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin-Restorative, Iyengar, Meditation and Breath-work. Stacey’s loving support shimmers in her teachings, as she leaves her students feeling free and optimistic, knowing it’s never too late to live a better quality of life.
