In 2016, Sarah embarked on her journey as a yoga teacher and has accumulated expertise in diverse yoga modalities such as Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. With a creative and inquisitive spirit at her core, Sarah is drawn to Yoga's blend of creativity and science. She appreciates contemporary influences while acknowledging the practice's deep and rich history in philosophy and tradition.

Sarah is a corporate wellbeing professional with a background in health science, health promotion, psychology, neuroscience and physiology, which inform her teaching methods. Motivated by a deep passion for the mind-body connection, she is dedicated to harnessing the therapeutic dimensions of yoga as a potent tool for enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing.
