Lauren Deaton

Lauren, 500hr RYT, is a San Diego based teacher who began her teacher training in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga, and feels so grateful for the opportunity to dive even deeper with The School of Yoga. She loves that yoga is an integrative practice for the body, the mind, and the spirit. Her motto on and off the mat is, “It’s all practice.” She offers intentional Vinyasa classes focusing on cultivating strength and energy, as well as deeply nourishing Restorative classes. Both are filled with lots of compassion and sprinkles of humor, inspired by feel-good shapes, fun flows, nature, the cycles of the moon, and the seasons. It is an honor for Lauren to share the gift of yoga with others.
