Courtney Mannino

Los Angeles, CA

A native Angelino, Courtney began her career as an actress and dancer. She has acted with Theatricum Botanicum and Theater of N.O.T.E and was on a dance scholarship at STEPS in New York. Upon her return to LA, Courtney graduated from UCLA, took her first yoga class, and fell in love with the combination of both movement and spirituality. Courtney completed her 200hr Teacher Training with Jeanne Heileman and Hazel Patterson at Yogaworks in 2011 and completed her 300hr Teacher Training with Joan Hyman at the School of Yoga in 2023. She has studied with Annie Carpenter and Lisa Walford and is currently doing a 300hr SmartFlow Yoga Teacher Training with Annie Carpenter. Courtney goal is to help her students find the love and light within themselves through all the eight limbs of yoga.
